Policy Regarding Minister Transfers Between Regions
For Ministers Transferring to Our Region (CCNC-N)
Ministers transferring to our CCNC-N region should follow the steps below:
-
Request a Commendation Letter: Ask your current Regional Minister to send a letter commending you to our region.
- This can be a formal letter or an email directed to our ministry associate.
- The letter must include: a statement of your good standing, a commending of you to our region, your minister PIN, and the dates of your last Boundaries and Anti-racism Training.
-
Complete the Ministerial Standing Application: Fill out the application located here:
https://ccncn.org/Ministerial_Standing_Application.php.
-
Submit Letter of Call (If Applicable): If you are answering a call to minister in our region, send a copy of your letter of call to our ministry associate.
-
Schedule a Welcome Meeting: Once you get settled in, contact the regional office to schedule a quick welcoming appointment with our Regional Minister.
For Ministers Moving Out of the Region
Ministers who are moving out of the region should contact the regional office to inform them of the following:
- Your new address.
- Your new position or call.
- Please send a copy of your letter of call or other documentation of your new position.
- The date you start your new position (or the date of your retirement).
Note: This process ensures a smooth transition of your ministerial standing between regions.
