Our Mission & Vision

Our mission is to equip ministers, churches, and lay leaders with biblically sound and practically relevant training to foster healthy, thriving faith communities. We envision a world where every church leader is empowered to serve with wisdom, integrity, and grace.

Our Statement of Faith

Our faith rests in the God whom Jesus Christ worshipped – the same God who intimately claims us and empowers us through the sustaining presence of the Holy Spirit. The profound teachings of Jesus guide and nurture our lives, continually challenging how we live in the world and relate to one another. While we embrace a non-creedal approach, we recognize our deep continuity with the Church across all ages. We are committed to faithfully interpreting our sacred traditions and the Holy Bible within the context of our present day. This faith compels us to actively work for the unity of all Christians and to champion peace and justice among all peoples.

Our History

Recognizing a need for accessible and standardized training, the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Northern California-Nevada launched its Education Ministry in 2024. The ministry's one of this ministry's goal was the creation of a centralized learning management system to effectively administer courses for its churches and ministers. Understanding the broader importance of this initiative, the project's direction has since expanded to serve an international audience.
