In your life, has a loved one recently died? The period afterwards is referred to as a time of grieving or bereavement. The Latin translation for bereavement is "to be torn apart." Many folks who have experienced this loss have often compared it to being "lost in the wilderness," or say "I feel I am going crazy." The good news is, you are NOT going crazy. You are in a period of bereavement. If you need bereavement support, or are interested in becoming more skilled in providing bereavement support, this book study/class is for you.
